Rasa Center is located in Medford, at the base of the beautiful
foothills leading to the Oregon Cascades. We are a short distance from
Ashland and Jacksonville. We shuttle to and from Ashland each day for
teacher trainings. As such, if you are visiting from out of town,
please let us assist you with your travel plans. We typically block out
a group of rooms at the Bard’s Inn or the Stratford Inn, but due to
Shakespeare and high tourist season, we ask that you register for the
teacher training and book your room as early as possible. Download a
registration form now. Any questions, email us at info@rasayogacenter.com.

Renowned for his unique insight and knowledge of the physical and emotional body, yoga teachers from as many as three continents have cited Max Strom as one of the most important influences in their teaching and yoga life. His 200-hour training and study course is designed to instruct you in the fundamentals and subtleties of teaching Yoga as a system of transformation and healing, as a Way of Life.
The curriculum encompasses Max’s vinyasa style yoga, anatomy of movement, sequencing, and both eastern and western philosophy. The practices and insights of this course will help you to deepen your own personal practice and encourage you to step into your place as a teacher with knowledge, confidence, and clear intention. And of course, this will be taught in Max's unique compassionate, gregarious and heart-centered manner in which he is known for.
Ultimately, it will change the way you see yourself and others as you gain greater understanding and wisdom. Students will find this training inspiring, practical and indispensable to their journey. Max's Way of Life, will change your life.
The teacher training is comprised of four separate segments. Training segments can be done in any order with the exception of the Foundation segment, Building the Temple, which must be completed first. (Exceptions to this will be made for those who have graduated from Max’s previous trainings.)
