05 Sep Online – Crisis is the Axis for Transformation
This 2.5-hour training deals directly with the modern epidemic of stress in industrial societies across the world. A great many of us are plagued with anxiety and depression because we are actually in a quiet state of crisis. But the opportunity of crisis is that it that we have a clarity that is unparalleled to any other time in our life. What is important and not so important becomes almost blindingly clear. So, there is no better time to rebuild your vision on your life.
This training is designed for teachers who will learn the keys to introducing this affective methodology within the context of a yoga and/or breathing class, or private coaching sessions. Because the amount of people currently in crisis is at an all-time high in recent history, everyone is welcome.
Training includes lecture, self-enquiry, some gentle breathwork, and writing.
All levels are welcome. Bring writing materials.
