A daylong online workshop (includes access to recording for 48 hours)
Join international author, teacher and speaker, Max Strom for this daylong workshop which will include a day of exploring the essential elements of practice that Max is so highly regarded for.
The morning will consist of a short lecture on essential terms followed by a full practice of breath initiated movement and yoga postures and movement. The afternoon will go more deeply into the how and why of the essential elements he works with such as:
- Glossary of terms for key movements and actions
- The end of anxiety and depression using breathing patterns
- Dynamic meditation
- Wisdom beyond the mat
- Recalibrating our life
What is the Inner Axis System?
Inner Axis is breath and movement practice developed by Max Strom that deals directly with stress, anxiety, and sleeplessness. It is gentle and graceful, utilizing breath based yoga and Qi Gong inspired movement, inspiring visualisations and immediately effective relaxation techniques.
Max has developed the practice to ensure it is accessible to all. It is very calming and a great antidote for stressful modern lives.
