This Post-Family Gathering Release workshop offers a chance to process the holiday season in a healing and meaningful way, so you can start the new year feeling lighter and more at ease.

This opening workshop will begin with a talk by Max that can help you to release emotional tension you may have with family. Then we will free the body of holiday stress and negative emotions by moving into Max’s renewing sequence of postures and movement. This workshop will include Max’s most relaxing breath patterns to help you let go and recalibrate. You’ll leave feeling lighter, grounded, as you start the new year. Bring your mat and writing materials.
