This is part I of the Strength, Grace and Healing practice, focusing on legs, hips and spine. On Sunday 21 August Max will teach part II, that focuses on the shoulders and neck. Both sessions can be joined in any order.

Take care of the part of your body that holds you up every day. In this practice Max will lead you through a sequence of therapeutic postures. This will not only benefit your physical body but will also calm and nourish your entire nervous system.
