In this training you will learn how to lead cathartic breathwork that is specifically designed for emotional healing. It will re-inspire and reignite your own practice and bring new confidence and passion to your teaching, reminding you why you chose to be a teacher.

Session includes lecture, self-enquiry, gentle seated breathwork, and writing. Recording is available until 14 days after the training.

No previous experience necessary.
