Max's 4th TEDx Talk: "Removing the Armor Between Us"

Max will be presenting his brand-new TEDx Talk:

"Removing the Armor Between Us" - Healing yourself amidst crisis and grief.

We are very excited to announce that for the 4th time Max has been invited to the TEDx stage where he will be sharing his wisdom with the world. He will be speaking about a topic that so many of us are struggling with: crisis, grief, and healing.

There is a powerful and undeniable interconnectedness between anxiety, loneliness, and suppressed emotions, particularly grief. This becomes immediately clear during an emotional crisis, as we don't know how to ask for help, accept it if it's offered, or to offer it when it's needed. It is from this emotional isolation and pushing our emotions down in our chest that we develop anxiety, panic attacks, and the subsequent sleep issues that follow. But by using breathing patterns to release our unexpressed grief and loneliness and learning to communicate in a new way, we can enhance our ability to have deeper intimacy in our relationships, and a life that we want to live every day.
