Online – The Stories of Your Life

Online - The Stories of Your Life JulyJul 31 2021 09:30 Europe/AmsterdamLivestream

Stories are the primary way in which we human beings teach and learn. As children we are introduced to life lessons through storytelling, and for adults it is no different. Stories make concepts come to life, bring us insights, and connect us to each other. Before reading and writing, storytelling was how we embedded life lessons into our memory. Sharing the stories from our own life is one of the most powerful forms of connection. Sadly, most of us doubt that our own stories are interesting to others. But each and every one of us have stories from our own life that will resonate and impact others. All that you need to do is identify them, and learn to convey them concisely and with heart.

Max Strom is a renowned speaker and storyteller, three-time TED x speaker and author of two books. He is now offering this brand-new seminar on how to identify meaningful stories from your own life experience, and then to utilize them as a powerful tool in teaching and public speaking. This special 2.5-hour seminar will help you to see yourself and your life differently. It includes lecture and writing, and Q&A.

Suggested props: something that allows you to sit comfortably on the floor or sit on a chair. Bring writing materials.
