12 May The Way In
A unique workshop on how to guide and write visualizations and dynamic meditation for rapid healing. After this workshop, you will have the knowledge and tools to live a more centered and less stressful life.
Known for his depth perception and insight into the human experience, this brand new workshop offers an inspiring and insightful talk by Max, followed by a step-by-step course on how to write and guide visualizations. The insight you will gain from your internal response to visualizations cannot be purchased or found in a book, university, or website.
This 2-hour workshop includes lecture and writing on key principles of visualizations and symbolism. We will also do some light movement with breathing patterns, followed by seated guided visualizations and dynamic meditation.
Suggested props: make sure you can sit comfortably either on a straight back chair or on the floor. Bring writing materials.
All levels are welcome. No previous experience necessary. Recording is available until 14 days after the session.
