22 Jun Online – Grieve to Heal
Gain a new understanding of how grief and a meaningful connection and intimacy are interrelated.
“I say tears of loss are tears of love. And tears of love should never be withheld. Let your tears flow freely. And let us learn to weep with our heads held high. Speak openly of both your love and loss and let the tears flow, or suffer restraining them and strangling your own spirit.” ~ Max Strom
Many of us when in grief put ourselves in a self-made prison, isolating ourselves, not knowing how to connect with others and with our own emotions. By releasing ourselves from that prison we open the door to heal from our loss and heal our relationships. We allow for deeper intimacy with our loved ones, and can reclaim tranquility and peace in our daily life. In this workshop you'll learn more about the interconnectedness between grief and meaningful connection.
Workshop includes lecture, breathwork, self-enquiry and writing.
No previous experience necessary.
