Join Max Strom's Workshop Weekend: 5 inspiring workshops on breathwork, well-being, and emotional health.

The workshops are suitable for everyone, no previous yoga knowledge or experience in breathing techniques is necessary. You can sign up for the whole weekend, or for separate workshops.

• Total Relaxation - Rest and Renewal (Friday 16 December, 7 - 9pm)
  Learn and experience how to relax deeply.
• Opening the Body - and Finding Your Emotions (Saturday 17 December, 9 - 11am)
  Open your internal body with a special sequence of postures. Challenging and very healing workshop.
• Some Doors Open Only from the Inside (Saturday 17 December, 1 - 3pm)
  Learn how to reduce the noise in your mind, and reawaken your intuition, wisdom and conscience with focused breathing patterns.
• Inner Axis Yoga and the Power of Intention: On & Beyond the Mat (Sunday 18 December, 9 - 11am)
  Inner Axis class with a special sequence of postures that will bring your mind into stillness and your body into a new state of energy.
• Finding Happiness and Meaning in the Digital Age (Sunday 18 December, 1 - 3pm)
  Learn about our internal, human technology capable of empowering the most meaningful areas of our lives, leading us to happiness.
