Structure

This program consists of 30 daily impulses designed to inspire reflection, establish a healthy daily rhythm, and bring more presence into your life.

Every day, you will receive an email with either:

  • A breathwork exercise or simple action to practice that day
  • A journaling prompt or reflection to help you look deeper
