2-hours ~ all levels (1 of 2 workshop pair)
We don’t want to become flexible and strong angry people. Great abs don’t help with panic attacks. The intent of our practice is not only to increase our strength and flexibility, but to also melt away anxiety. Inner Axis transforms our body but importantly also promotes emotional health. Over time, this work transforms our behavior from coarse to gracious, and even our thoughts from chaos into balance.
Class will begin with a talk about emotional health and transformation, followed by a practice of Inner Axis yoga, breathing patterns, and visualization.
Part I is focused in the neck, shoulders, and spine.
