Join a weekend with Max Strom: inspiring workshops on breathwork, well-being, and emotional health.

  • Vital Life-Better Sleep: Stress Management (Friday 5 June, 7:00 - 9:00pm)
    This workshop deals directly with the modern plague of sleeplessness and stress and will help you re-think your priorities and gives you knowledge to take home with you to help you sleep and live more at ease. This workshop begins with a lecture, and then moves into a gentle restorative sequence of postures and gentle movement that immediately trigger deep relaxation.
  • Strength Grace and Healing - Focus on legs, hips, and spine. (Saturday 6 June, 10:00am - 12:00pm)
    Take care of the part of your body that holds you up every day. In this practice Max will lead you through a sequence of therapeutic postures. This will not only benefit your physical body but will also calm and nourish your entire nervous system. Experience Max Strom’s unique Inner Axis yoga practice, with emphasis on emotional health and transformation.
  • A Life Worth Breathing - followed by a book signing (Saturday 6 June, 2:00 - 4:30pm)
    This special event focuses on transforming depression into inspiration and anxiety into calm. The workshop begins with a talk by Max based on ideas from his book of the same title, followed by guided breathwork and yoga movement. The final segment of the workshop will focus on seated breathing exercises to revitalize and inspire your body, emotions, and life. Tip: Start your journey with Max’s book A Life Worth Breathing, then bring the teachings to life in the immersive Learn to Breathe workshop. Max will conclude the workshop with an optional book signing.
  • The Healing Power of Forgiveness (Sunday 7 June, 10:00am - 12:00pm)
    Forgiveness is perhaps the most powerful and yet forgotten tool we have for healing ourselves. To forgive another heals oneself, just as anger toward another poisons oneself. Anger and resentment destroy our lives. For the body to heal, often times what is most vital is to heal the broken heart or spirit. Failure to forgive affects our stress level, power to heal the body, discernment, and all of our relationships. The first part of this seminar is a powerful lecture on forgiving others; the second part will address forgiving oneself.
  • Some Doors Open Only from the Inside (Sunday 7 June, 2:00 - 4:00pm)
    There’s a time for theory, and there’s a time to let our breath work for us and go beyond what we can rationally grasp to release our congested emotions from stress, depression, anxiety, or PTS. The practices you will learn in this workshop take you to a calm and inspired state with new depths of insight. This workshop will include lecture, standing and seated breathing exercises. (not advised if you are pregnant)
