Releasing tension from the upper body feels like taking off a heavy backpack. A backpack filled with stress, worries and suboptimal posture. Through this practice your muscles will stretch and relax and in total you will feel lighter, calmer and invigorated. This will not only benefit your physical body but will also calm and nourish your entire nervous system. Experience Max Strom’s unique Inner Axis yoga practice, with emphasis on emotional health and transformation. Class will include a short talk, inner axis yoga, non-dogmatic philosophy, breathing patterns, and meditation.
