Just as hydrogen and oxygen, depending on how they are mixed together, can produce either fire or water - posture practice and intention, depending on how they mixed together can produce either “just exercise,” or can revolutionize our lives. With particular focus on breathwork as we move through postures, we begin to experience a different state of consciousness. At the apex of heat and breath we move directly into holding our body still in a special posture that activates our will. This brings the mind into stillness and the body into a new state of energy. This singular class is both challenging and transformative.
