For a total of 28 days you will be immersed in all the aspects that make up the Inner Axis Yoga and Well-being System.
The teacher training is structured into two segments and follows a hybrid format that combines in-person and live online learning. Combining the best of both worlds, this method offers a rich and effective training experience.

Course description
For a total of 28 days (2 weeks in-person in September, 1 week online, 1 week of Breathe to Heal Facilitator Training at a time of your choosing) you will be immersed in all the aspects that make up the Inner Axis Yoga and Well-being System. Max will lead the training in Hamburg at Damn Good Yoga together with his senior assistant Mijke. Highly experienced and esteemed anatomy teacher Jamie Elmer will take you on a 7-day journey through muscles and tissues so you will know exactly how to practice safely and effectively and teach others how to do so. Jamie Elmer is a long time colleague of Max and part of the advanced teacher training teaching staff. We are delighted to have her co-teach the anatomy part of this training.
This 200-hour training includes access to the 6.5-hour Online Breathe to Heal Course, which is a great resource to prepare for the training and to return to later on in your teaching journey.
To support your learning and help you get the most out of the training, there is some required reading, along with a few short writing assignments. To get the most out of this training there is required reading and you’ll be asked to complete short writing assignments.

Applied Anatomy for Yoga with Jamie Elmer

Prerequisites
- Students wishing to enrol must have a passionate interest in Max Strom’s method of personal transformation.
- You must have a minimum of two years practicing Hatha Yoga and basic knowledge of common postures. Please contact us at [email protected] for more information if you are in doubt of meeting the criteria.
- You must have practiced with Max before in a workshop, retreat, OR practice with his Inner Axis 30 sequence or 16-min Breathe to Heal practice daily, for one month prior to the commencement of the training.
- You must have read Max Strom's book A Life Worth Breathing before the training starts.

€ 2,230 incl. VAT / € 1842,98 excl 21% VAT to be paid at Max Strom.
Excludes additional costs (accommodation and travel). Reservations must be made with the hotel.
Accommodation costs Austria:
• Double room: € 1,008 incl. VAT
• Single room: € 1,212 incl. VAT
If you have already completed the Breathe To Heal Facilitator training with Max a deduction of € 1,550 is available and no accommodation reservation will be needed.
Your tuition fee covers the teacher training handbook, all course handouts, and all guest teacher fees. Fee does not include travel, meals, or accommodation.
