Navigate holiday family tensions and release stress and long-held emotions through movement, breathwork, and meditation.

This first aid for the holidays workshop offers the chance to finish the year proactively, in a way that is healing and meaningful. We will begin with a talk by Max, that will give you insight into your family structure and help you to release any conflicts you may have. Then we will free the body of stress and negative emotions by moving into Max’s renewing sequence of postures and movement. In the second half of the workshop we will focus on floor postures and breathing patterns to release the mind and body from long-held emotions that stifle our happiness and our ability to forgive. We conclude with a unifying guided meditation.

You will need your mat, strap. Blanket/s, and bolsters if you have them. And writing materials.
