We will begin with a talk by Max. Then we will move into a very gentle breathing and movement sequences that is simple yet profoundly effective. In the second half of the workshop, we will focus on floor postures and breathing patterns to release you from long held stress and tension that impedes your happiness and your ability to sleep well. This special event will help you rest like you did long ago.

Props needed: all of your props. Bring your mat and writing materials.

No previous experience necessary.
