Join Max Strom's Workshop Weekend: 4 inspiring workshops on breathwork, well-being, and emotional health.
The workshops are suitable for everyone, no previous yoga knowledge or experience in breathing techniques is necessary. You can sign up for the whole weekend, or for separate workshops.
- Opening the Chest & Shoulders - a New State of Energy (Saturday 14 January, 10am - 12pm)
2-hour movement-based workshop, with a special sequence of postures that open the chest and shoulders, as well as the entire body. - The Healing Power of Forgiveness (Saturday 14 January, 2 - 4pm)
Powerful seminar on how forgiving others and forgiving oneself can transform your life and set you free. - The Secret of Using Movement and Postures to Find Stillness Every Time (Sunday 15 January, 10am - 12pm)
Experience Max's unique practice that will enhance your strength, and yet brings you to a profound state of stillness. - Some Doors Only Open from the Inside (Sunday 15 January, 2 - 4pm)
Learn how to reduce the noise in your mind, and reawaken your intuition, wisdom and conscience with focused breathing patterns.
