  Be transported back to a time when relaxation was your natural state, unburdened by the worries, responsibilities, and noise of daily life.
• Strength, Grace and Healing (Saturday 24 May, 12:30 - 14:30pm)
  Experience Max Strom’s unique yoga practice, called Inner Axis, with emphasis on emotional transformation.
• Learn to Breathe, to Heal Yourself and Your Relationships (Saturday 24 May, 4 - 6pm)
  How does the way we breathe affect our stress level, anxiety, quality of sleep, and even our relationships? Breath gives access, breath invigorates, and breath heals.
• Opening the Chest & Shoulders – A New State of Energy (Sunday 25 May, 2 - 4pm)
  This workshop offers a special sequence of postures that opens the chest and shoulders, as well as the entire body. This induces an emotional sense of release and brings the mind into stillness.
