2-hour movement-based workshop

This special Max Strom event is known to silence the noise in our mind and create a profound sense of stillness. The workshop includes a lecture, a gentle sequence of yoga postures, breathing patterns, and focused acts of intention and will. The techniques you will learn in this workshop will take you to new depths in your practice and inspire you for weeks to come.

All levels are welcome. No previous experience necessary. Recording is available until 14 days after the session.
