This is a training especially designed for teachers, teachers in training and (health) care givers. However, anyone interested in the topic is most welcome.

One of the signs of high-impact classes is that afterwards your students have a particular expression on their faces; intense stillness and complete openness. The armor has melted away. Sometimes there are tears, always there is deep relaxation.

There is a specific methodology that creates this high impact so that your students will have a meaningful experience both physically and emotionally. Learn all about these specific principles of sequencing, breathing and movement patterns, focused acts of intention and will, and guided meditation, and evolve your teaching.

Suggested props: yoga mat, 2 blocks, a strap or belt, 2 thick blankets and something that helps you to sit up with a straight spine.

All levels are welcome. No previous experience necessary. Recording is available until 14 days after the session.
