17 Feb Online – Anxiety, Grief and Connection
In this seminar you will learn how anxiety, grief and loneliness are interconnected and how to cultivate deeper, more meaningful connections.
Seminar
This event reveals a new understanding of the interconnectedness between anxiety, loneliness, and unresolved grief.
When you heal one you begin to heal all three because they are all aspects of the central issue of the relationship we have with ourselves and others. By focusing on the core issue of our relationship with ourselves and others, we clear the way to finding greater peace, ease, and fulfillment in our daily lives. Through personal healing, we cultivate deeper and more meaningful connections with those around us.
Workshop includes lecture, simple and high-impact breathwork and visualization.
No previous experience necessary.
