In this workshop you will discover how your breath can be a powerful tool to navigate the challenges of this digital age, enabling you to find lasting happiness.

Lecture and breath-based workshop

Technology has expanded at such a rate that nearly every aspect of our world has been affected — yet there has been no corresponding expansion of personal happiness. At the deepest levels of human fulfillment, it seems that we grossly overestimate what technology can do for us and built a world that we cannot live in. In response, this special workshop reveals an internal, human technology capable of empowering the most meaningful areas of our lives and leading us to deeper levels of happiness.

The first half will consist of a lecture followed by a full practice of Inner Axis, breath initiated movement and yoga postures.
You will enjoy a food break in the middle.
The afternoon will go more deeply into the essential elements, such as:
