14 Dec Online – First Aid Kit for Grief
Learn how to be truly there for someone who's grieving and how to reach out to others when you yourself are the one in crisis
Seminar
We all have someone close to us in crisis. But what do you do and say when someone you care about falls apart into grief? What should you not do or say?
Most of us haven't received any guidance whatsoever in how to support those we love when they come apart. However, there will inevitably come a day when we yearn to offer our heartfelt support, but will be at a loss as to how.
In this seminar, you will learn the essential skills to truly be there for someone who is grieving where they feel seen, cared for, and embraced by you and their community. It will also give guidance on how to reach out to others when you yourself are the one in crisis.
Seminar includes lecture, writing, seated breathwork and visualization.
No previous experience necessary.
