This workshop will show you how to make someone who is grieving feel seen, cared for, and safe within their community.

We all have someone close to us in crisis. What do you do and say when someone you care about falls apart into grief? What should you not do and say?

Most of us haven't received any guidance whatsoever in how to support those we love when they are grieving. One thing is for sure, there will come a day when you will want to and need to offer this support. Crisis is a part of human life that instead of being denied or suppressed, can deepen our relationships and our healing.

Workshop includes lecture, writing, seated breathwork, and visualization.

No previous experience necessary.
