Presenting Max Strom's How Breathwork Empowers Intention
As part of de Hoorneboeg's Winter Weeks, Max has been invited to present a lecture on How Breathwork Empowers Intention. Hydrogen and oxygen, depending on how they are mixed together, can produce either fire or water. Similarly, a breathing and/or wellbeing practice, depending on how they are combined with intention, can produce either “just exercise,” or can revolutionize our lives.

How does the way we breathe affect our stress level, anxiety, quality of sleep, and even our relationships? Breath gives access, breath invigorates, and breath heals. The effect of Max’s breathing techniques is a profound sense of calm, mental clarity and a release of physical and emotional tension.

You can reserve a spot for our Shared Dining directly when buying your ticket to attend the lecture. From 17:30 you can pull up a chair and join us at restaurant Bij de Tuinman. We welcome you with a small appetizer and serve everyone simultaneously at 18:00 sharp with a beautiful shared dining of different dishes served in different bowls which you are sharing with your dinner companions at your table. Afterwards you can walk to de Heizaal in a few minutes.
