Training includes lecture, standing breathwork, cathartic and seated breathwork, visualization and Q&A. We encourage you to watch Max's third TEDx Talk named Breathe to Heal on Youtube prior to the start of the training.

This training is specifically designed for teachers, coaches, psychologists, and healthcare givers. Also practitioners who wish to use the techniques for themselves are most welcome.
