Training

The aim of Max’s movement workshops is to reach a peaceful sense of arriving home - the transformation of our thoughts from chaos to a quiet stillness.

This is the primary intent of our practice while we simultaneously cultivate strength and grace in our body and mind.

In this training you will come to new depths of insight and it will inspire your practice and your teaching for weeks to come. You will learn about sequencing and key phrases for the specific purpose of releasing suppressed emotions and emotional healing.

Training includes lecture, movement practice, standing and seated breathwork and Q&A. We encourage you to watch Max's third TEDx Talk named Breathe to Heal on Youtube prior to the start of the training.

This training is specifically designed for teachers, coaches, psychologists, and healthcare givers. Also practitioners who wish to use the techniques for themselves are most welcome.
