  Discover the wisdom within you - guided by questions, grounded in truth and a pen in Max Strom’s life-changing seminar.
• Learn to Breathe, to Heal Yourself and Your Relationships (Saturday 25 October, 10am - 12pm)
  How does the way we breathe affect our stress level, anxiety, quality of sleep, and even our relationships? Breath gives access, breath invigorates, and breath heals.
• Strength, Grace and Healing (Saturday 25 October, 2 - 4pm)
  Experience Max Strom’s unique yoga practice, called Inner Axis, with emphasis on emotional transformation.
• Some Doors Open Only from the Inside (Sunday 26 October, 10am - 12pm)
  There’s a time for theory, and there’s a time to let our breath work for us and go beyond what we can rationally grasp to release our congested emotions from stress, depression, anxiety, or PTS.
