Join a weekend with Max Strom: inspiring workshops and a training on breathwork, well-being, and emotional health.

You can sign up for the whole weekend, for one day or for separate workshops.

• Learn to Breathe (Saturday 8 April, 10am - 12pm)
  Learn how breathing helps you to heal yourself and your relationships.
• Opening the Chest and Shoulders - A New State of Energy (Saturday 8 April, 2 - 4pm)
  2-hour movement-based workshop, with a special sequence of postures that open the chest and shoulders, as well as the entire body.
• Training The Secret of Using Movements and Postures to Find Stillness (Sunday 9 April, 9:30am - 12pm)
  Experience Max Strom’s unique practice that will enhance your strength, and yet brings you to a profound state of stillness. And learn how to teach others to experience this as well.
• Some Doors Open Only from the Inside (Sunday 9 April, 2 - 4pm)
  There’s a time for talking, and there’s a time to let our breath work for us. To go beyond what we can rationally grasp in order to release the congested emotions that are at the base of stress, depression, anxiety, and PTS. Simple techniques, accessible to everyone, and incredible results.
