Join a weekend with Max Strom: inspiring workshops and a training on breathwork, well-being, and emotional health.

You can sign up for the whole weekend, for one day or for separate workshops. No previous experience with Max's teachings required.

• Total Relaxation - Max Strom's Renowned Rest & Renewal Workshop (Friday 13 September, 6:00 - 8:00pm)
  Learn how to relax deeply, with a very gentle movement sequence that is simple yet profoundly effective. Release your mind and body from long-held stress and tension that impedes your happiness and ability to sleep.
• Strength, Grace, and Healing (Saturday 14 September, 10:00am - 12:00pm)
  Experience Max Strom’s unique yoga practice, called Inner Axis, with emphasis on emotional transformation.
• Learn to Breathe, To Heal Yourself and Your Relationships (Saturday 14 September, 2:00 - 4:00pm)
  Breath penetrates, breath invigorates, and breath heals. The effect of Max’s breathing techniques is a profound sense of calm, mental clarity and a release of physical and emotional tension.
• Opening the Chest & Shoulders - A New State of Energy (Sunday 15 September, 10:00am - 12:00pm)
  In this movement-based workshop, you will experience a special sequence of postures that open the chest and shoulders, as well as the entire body.
• Some Doors Open Only from the Inside (Sunday 15 September, 2:00 - 4:00pm)
  There’s a time for talking, and there’s a time to let our breath work for us. To go beyond what we can rationally grasp in order to release the congested emotions that are at the base of stress, depression, anxiety, and PTS. Simple techniques, accessible to everyone, and incredible results.
