• Releasing and Healing our Emotional Body through Postures and Breathwork (Friday 5 May, 6 - 8pm)
  Learn how to release the mind and body from long-held emotions that impede your happiness and ability to sleep well.
• First Aid Kit for Grief (Saturday 6 May, 10am - 12pm)
  Learn how to make someone who is grieving feel seen, cared for, and safe within their community.
• Some Doors Open Only from the Inside (Saturday 6 May, 2 - 4pm)
  There’s a time for talking, and there’s a time to let our breath work for us. To go beyond what we can rationally grasp in order to release the congested emotions that are at the base of stress, depression, anxiety, and PTS. Simple techniques, accessible to everyone, and incredible results.
• Training The Sunrise Within (Sunday 7 May) - Full-day training, book one part or both. This training is designed for teachers, coaches, psychologists, and healthcare givers. Also practitioners who wish to use the techniques themselves are most welcome.
  • Part I: Secret of Using Movements and Postures to Find Stillness (Sunday 7 May, 9:30am - 12pm)
    Experience Max Strom’s unique practice that will enhance your strength, and yet brings you to a profound state of stillness. And learn how to teach others to experience this as well.
  • Part II: How to Teach Cathartic Breathwork (Sunday 7 May, 3 - 5:30pm)
    With the cathartic breathing techniques you learn in this training your students will be able to access memories more clearly, gain insights, and release long-held, obstructive emotions.
